PSA Oxygen Generation Plant
WTF Engineering Pvt. Ltd. manufactures PSA Medical Oxygen generators that are installed with purity monitoring device which ensures that the oxygen produced is within the acceptable purity limits. Permissible range of Oxygen from PSA plants as per pharmacopeia is 93% ± 3%.
Medical Oxygen Generator works on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption, widely termed as PSA. This conventional gas separation technology is being used to separate Oxygen from the compressed air. The major components consist of a pair of Adsorbent vessels, Surge tank, Switching valves, Intelligent PLC, Oxygen analyzer, and instruments. Medical Oxygen Generators are available in several standard models with a capacity ranging from 0.4 to 150 m3 / hour.
